Although she is tiny and was born at a mere 25 gestational weeks, she is definitely a fighter & continues to amaze us every day with her strength.

We will definitely be praying for you. My youngest was born premature because I had preeclampsia. I had to be in the hospital on bedrest and just as they did with you, levels were constantly monitored to make sure levels didn't raise and every day the baby stayed inside me was a blessing. She was born early and had to be in the NICU but these babies ARE strong. It will be hard for you to go back and forth, to not have your baby there with you but the time will hopefully go quickly as she gets stronger and stronger until you can take her home. The hardest part for me was leaving the hospital without my baby. May God bless your little family and may the doctors be blessed with wisdom in caring for her.

I know what you are going through. 24 years ago our son was born prematurely. (3months early at 1 lb. 15 1/2 oz). He is 24 now.....our miracle. I was on vacation when he was born. It was the hardest time of my life. He graduated college almost 2 years ago and is out in the real world working now.
I write this, to bring you hope and to know that prayers are answered. Your daughter is beautiful. The NICU has wonderful people taking care of her along side you and your husband. Take care of yourselves and know that I will be praying for your beautiful daughter.

You must feel so many conflicting emotions. I will pray for her, knowing that God works in all things. I have a friend with two little tiny ones that are about to graduate from high school - weighed a pound each. Lots to be hopeful about! Lots!

this brings tears to my eyes. First of all, congratulations! She's absolutely gorgeous and precious and I know you love her so very much. Second, my prayers are with you and please please please let me know if you need anything. Christine had a baby in the NICU born at 27 weeks, just last year, so it's fresh on my brain (and her's too) if you need anyone to talk to.
